家長茶會
學校在每學年秋季班和春季班剛開始會各舉辦一場家長茶會，藉此提供您各項學校活動和行政單位的資訊。
- 日期：實際日期請參考學校行事曆
- 時間：下午兩點十分至三點五十分（中間休息十分鐘）
- 地點：一樓學生餐廳

注意事項
為鼓勵家長們參與，二樓所有家長休息室在家長茶會當天下午將全數關閉。學校大部分行政幹部都會在家長茶會現場為您服務。
會場備有免費茶水和點心，歡迎家長踴躍參與並提供寶貴意見及參與討論。
Parent Tea Time
The parent tea time is held at the beginning of each school semester. It provides a great opportunity for parents to know more about the ECS community.
- Date: Please refer to School Calendar
- Time: 2:10pm to 3:50pm (10 minutes break between 2:50pm and 3:00pm)
- Location: 1F student cafeteria
The topics include:
- Introduction for new administrative staff (fall semester)
- Update from each department
- School finance and budget summary (spring semester)
- Introduction/promotion for special events, after-school activities, culture classes, etc.
- Special topic discussion
- Recruiting for special event coordinator or administrative staff
Special Note
Due to this special event, all 2F Parent Lounge classrooms will be closed. Majority of the school administrative staff will stay in the meeting if you need to talk to them.
Free drink and snacks will be served. Please join us in the presentation and discussion.
